宁高宁辞职后倍耐力将任命李凡荣为董事长

倍耐力公司宣布，董事会主席，Ning Gaoning在宣布辞去中化控股有限公司董事长一职后，他辞去了公司董事会的所有职务。他的辞职于10月8日生效。
李凡荣倍耐力在一份新闻稿中表示，中国中化集团新任董事长郭光诚已向公司传达了他愿意接受自己最终通过增选进入倍耐力董事会以及担任公司董事长一职的意愿。
该公司表示，鉴于上述情况，执行副董事长兼首席执行官Marco Tronchetti Provera将召集董事会，提议提名李凡荣为董事会主席。
自2016年1月起，他还担任中化集团有限公司董事长。宁高宁，2004年至2016年担任中粮集团(COFCO)董事长，1998年至2004年担任华润(华润)有限公司副董事长兼总裁。他还曾在华润担任高层管理职位18年。

New Delhi: Pirelli & C. S.p.A. has announced that the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ning Gaoning<\/a>, has resigned from all roles held on the company\u2019s Board of Directors as a consequence of his announced resignation from the role of Chairman of Sinochem Holdings Corporation Ltd. His resignation took effect on October 8.
Li Fanrong<\/a>, the new Chairman of Sinochem, has communicated to the company his willingness to accept his eventual appointment by co-optation onto the Board of Directors of Pirelli as well as for the role of Chairman of the company, Pirelli said in a media release.
As a result of all the above, the Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Marco Tronchetti Provera, will convene the Board of Directors to propose the cooptation of Li Fanrong and his subsequent nomination as Chairman of the Board of Directors, the company said.
<\/div><\/div>\"Pirelli wishes to thank Ning Gaoning for his contribution to the Company in these years. It should be noted that Ning Gaoning does not hold shares and\/or other financial instruments issued by Pirelli and there are no indemnities or other benefits resulting from the termination of office,\" the company said in a release. Gaoning was elevated to the role of company chairman in August 2018.
